Margot Pronovost has been teaching yoga for almost a quarter of a century, having received her yoga teacher training in Australia in 1983. Margot’s personal style is a blend of the Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Yin styles of yoga that she studied over the span of her teaching career. Her personal practice of Zen meditation brings a calming influence to her dynamic classes, which combine relaxation with strength, endurance and vitality.
